How to play Castle Ravenloft:

Each player chooses a hero: either a ranger, rogue, warrior, cleric, or wizard. Each turn, a player can explore new parts of the dungeon, move through already explored parts, and fight monsters. When a new tile is flipped, there is an encounter and new monsters are added to the game board.

When players kill monsters they are rewarded with treasures and xp, which allow them to level up and improve their abilities during the game. Players must cooperate to stay alive, kill monsters, and complete their quest.

Each scenario has different objectives, ranging from finding a relic to killing the vampire lord.
